Initial Consultation

Service Description

The first consultation centres entirely around investigating your current experience of symptoms, daily nutrition, lifestyle and physical activity, looking holistically at your health and creating steps forward together. We review how each of your body systems are functioning, utilising additional testing when required to get you the best results to feel amazing. At the time of your first appointment, I will give you some initial guidelines so please be ready with a pen and paper or perhaps a notebook so you can keep your notes as a record and we will make a plan together to help you to achieve your health goals. Your first appointment will be approximately 45 minutes, then I will spend another 45 minutes writing up your notes, any quote and plan. Your ongoing treatment plan may include - nutrition, nutritional supplements, mineral/vitamin therapy, medicinal herbs, Bach flowers, exercise, stress management or lifestyle changes to improve your health, and referrals will be made where appropriate. Further testing may include blood tests, food sensitivity testing, mineral deficiencies or heavy metal testing, Dutch Testing (hormone test), Oats test (digestive health) and saliva testing - all of which will be either sent out to complete or referred to a blood testing facility. IMPORTANT: When you book an appointment you will receive a pre-visit form that needs to be returned before your appointment. The form is comprehensive and will take about 20-30 minutes to complete. This will mean we can focus on what is important to you at the consultation and get you the fastest results for better health.

Cancellation Policy

Please be aware, if you need to cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice or fail to show for a scheduled appointment, you will be charged for your appointment. By law we are required to pay our staff and we cannot do this if you don't pay for your booked consultation.
